Top Foals in Postmünster
On August 9, 2025, the Bachl Stallion Station in Postmünster hosted its annual foal festival, and it was a joy to see these top foals live.
The winner of the show jumping foals was the exceptional colt by For Pleasure x Elvis ter Putte, bred by Julia and Christoph Hansmeyer.
The winner of the Bachl offspring was a filly by Adzaro de L’Abbaye B x Contendro I, bred by Franz Winklmaier.
The winning dressage foal was the impressive colt by Va Bene x Dante Veltino, bred by Franz Winklmaier.
Congratulations to all the breeders.
A highlight was certainly another foal from the Hansmeyer family out of the famous sport mare HH Azur, who won so many victories and titles under McLain Ward and is still the most winning mare in the world.
The event was once again a highlight for breeders and experts, who came to view the interesting offspring and discuss the subject matter. It also offered interested parties the opportunity to see the stallions from the Bachl Stallion Station.

Outlook:
The 2026 event will feature the presentation of the first offspring of the Three B Musketeers: the Champion Stallion of this year’s DSP licensing, Chaplin’s Touch B, the Premium Stallion of the Westphalian licensing, Early Star B, and the offspring of Fit for Fun, the highly interesting Dark for Fun B.
